I have an 03 Explorer Sport with the single cd head unit. Lately it has developed a constant clicking when attempting to load a cd. I was looking for a replacement online and was wondering if a newer model OEM head Unit from an Explorer, Escape, or F150 would fit/work with my truck. Any advice would be appreciated.
