Official Sport Trac specific CL finds, post here to help others...

No problem, figured it would help out with the baby and hauling stuff around out of the rain/ snow. That's why I got mine after Matthew was born. Now I'm looking for one for my 2013 Tacoma Baja T/X DCSB since it's the family ride now.

Man ST's are expensive out there, there's a bunch of the ST out here around Pittsburgh and surrounding region going for between $1,500 (needs trans rebuilt) up to $6,000. Most of them are around $3k-4,500. Shows ya how much the resale value is in different regions. LOL

There have been a couple on CL recently in the $5000 - 5500 range, but they didn't appear as well cared for as this one.

I saw a super, super, clean '01 Ex Sport on a used car lot yesterday for $6999.

Yea, soft toppers have been around for a while. I've seen them on tons of Tacomas and a couple fullsize trucks. There's plenty of pictures of them on ST's if you google search. I always liked them but need the security of a cap or factory tonneau cover, anyone can cut into the soft topper.

I've seen them before just not for a ST. I never looked for them though. For the price, a hard cap is the way to go.

I've not seen a sport trac with one on it, but have always wanted a soft topper over any other topper. Do you have a picture you found that you could post? (tried searching, didn't find any)

I'll post a couple I have when I get home. At physical therapy right now.

Edit: I started a new thread for soft toppers, caps and roof top tents in the ST section.

I think somebody was looking for a soft topper a while back.

Probably would, did you contact him?

So in case any of you were interested the ad I linked for the tail light guards are still available.

i bought the one needing rebuilt tranny. it's sitting in my carport waiting for better weather this weekend to drop front rear end and take starter off and torque converter so i can put a used trans in with 55k miles on it. i have it on four ramps to get it high enough to work on it. paid $1350 plus tax and title ($85). hope it last as long as my 99 XLT has.

Check out the bumpers on this ST!

I remember seeing when the shop that built those bumpers. It was decent but too much overhang on both ends for my taste. Nice bumpers and fab work though.

Are they a member on here? Where did you see the pictures?

Waaaaay too big for the ST. Maybe it'd look better if it was lifted but that just doesn't work for me. The rear isn't so bad but like you, that's a lot of overhang.

I gotta wonder if this was going to be lifted or if it was "complete" as we see it now?
