That price is extremely low for this area, but I did buy a used car from this place last winter.

That sounds way to good to be true for a 4x4 '03, especially for a used car dealer. I'd be real careful about that one.

8700 kbb my arse- not in that condition, imo!

Holy **** batman, look at them rockers. We all should of seen my rust pictures by now and this truck blows mines out the water! I would stay far away from that body. This is why you can get it for an incredible deal of 3600, just sign here on the dotted line he says :D

I didn't even look at the pics! Yeah, even $3600 is too much for that. And KBB price is no where near $8700, although from a dealer around here, that's not far off what they ask for a good one. There's an Adrenlin on another lot for $8995 that looks good, at least from the street.

Oh yeah. I didn't even notice the rust (we don't see that kind of stuff were I live). Now I see why it's priced at $3600 and I think that's too much for that rust bucket.

Here's another over priced ST - Ford dealer in Boone, Ia $7921, 196,000 miles. At that price for those miles, they should at least re-cover the console lid.

Agreed! But on the other hand, small-mid sized ford truck options are extinct and it seems since it's no longer an option we are getting further into the high demand and you can start charging ridiculous price? This is good news to current owners as it will turn into an investment rather than further depreciate, right?

Koda- may want to hold onto yours, use it as a weekend joy to keep miles down and maybe a few more yrs you can ask a premium. Especially the treatment it's getting now and continue to get in your hands!

The price is fairly typical for around here, but the miles are considerably higher than most at that price.

This isn't a CL find, but I'm posting it anyway. I happened to walk past a small local (Des Moines, Ia) car lot yesterday and saw a Sport Trac so I took a quick look. Very clean looking '01 or '02 with a MANUAL transmission. 157,000 miles, factory bed cover. Sharp looking black truck. I'll get more details if anyone's interested.
