I am planning on changing my oil in my driveway this week and I have a silly question. My driveway is slanted so will my oil drain out better if I park uphill or downhill?

Is there such a thing as "uphill" in Oklahoma? :p:
The drain is at the back of the oil pan, so yes you will drain more oil out by parking uphill. Also, when it's possible for the drain pan to catch both, I'll remove the filter while the drain plug is out and some more oil will drain out of the pan once the filter is removed.

I always leave the plug out while I remove the filter. It helps burp that main oil gallery.

Some vehicles (this one not included) sometimes lose prime in the oil pump when this is done though. My Grand Prix 3800 was a famous one for that. It took forever to build up oil pressure once I refilled it and started it. I ended up disconnecting the crank sensor and cranking it without firing it till the oil light went off, then firing it once I had oil pressure. I never liked having a motor run "dry" for that long of a time.
