Oil dipstick tube removal HELP!

In the process of removing my driver side exhaust manifold to install TM headers. How do I remove the oil dipstick tube? I feel like a dipstick having to ask this Anyway, I am gonna go start on the passenger side, will check back in a bit.

VICTORY I got it!! More dumb questions to follow as I umble my way through this install

Try to find an o-ring to fit the end of the dipstick, or else use a good RTV to seal it at the block. It will leak otherwise.

I'm having Trouble installing my Oil Dipstick Tube

There is a Lip or Overhang on the Engine Block ....Blocking the Hole / Opening to the Oil Pan

The Red Line is the Lip / Overhang I'm referring to.

Do you recall running into this ?
