On my sister's civic the oil filter is horizontal, and there is hardly any space for a filter wrench/strap/anything. You basically have to muscle it out.
I know there are relocation kits that are around $150(from what I've seen). Is there something simpler, like just an elbow to turn the filter 90 degrees? I tried searching on google but all I got was those relocation kits that have all bunch of other things that she doesn't need.
I know alot of you guys build engines for other cars, and I'm sure this is sometimes a problem. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
