Oil restrictor,4.0 soho need help

HELP need to find location for oil restrictor? It`s a 1999 explorer, Where does it go in the block or one of the heads ? Have built many ford big blocks and small blocks just need more info please thank you

It goes under a torx#30 grub screw in the head right next to the front camshaft timing chain hydraulic tensioner.
