I have one pod left in my pillar pod. I want a temp guage. But im just wondering between oil and water temp, is one more important then the other. And then whats the normal operation temp.

The oil temp is a more 'real' reading of how hot the engine is. The oil warms up slower, retains more heat, and will still give you an accurate reading of how the engine is doing.

It's amazing how long it takes for the oil to warm up. It'll make you want to wait till it's over 100*F before you really start running WOT.

The oil will typically run about 20*F hotter than the water.

Normal Operation range should be around 150 to 250. If it is any hotter or colder, you've got serious issues.
