OK, I have a few ideas, but I'm asking for open ideas... ok with boundaries (besides cost)... if one in my position had say TT, 32" tires, shackles, shocks, sliders, KKM intake, Gibson exhaust, yada yada... the rest (my signature); what would you all spend $100 to $300 to maximize off road performance of your rig? The immediate things that come to mind are on-board air (take your pick), non-selectable "lunch-box" locker for the rear DIY type job, lights, roof-rack, sway-bar disco's, Body Lift etc... and since all of these with exception of the locker and Body-lift are "Miscelaneous items" at least to me (don't flame me they are important... I know :) ) What other things am I missing?

So, besides the locker ( I want a selectable and that is outside my $ parameters and I am against a body lift cuz my sliders are welded ) what would you opt for... I am sure I am missing a ton of options... so...

Thanks for any ideas. (Keep in mind that I have one of the few wheeled Sport Tracs :D ) besides Johns of course ;)

i like lots of bright lights..rock lights,drving lights,fog lights..thats what i would spend a few $100 on.

fender flares?

lockers, ranchero shocks....and for sway bar discos..you can make your own for about 10 bucks from lowes..there is a thread about how to do it...really easy and makes ton of diffrence off road

I am kinda leaning towards lights... I have thought of getting fender flares but probably not until I go with a larger tire (although the 11.50's that I currently have do throw some stuff onto the door and mirror cuz they are barely covered by the front wheel well); although I am on the lazy side and I haven't decided how I would paint or finish them.

Dman, thanks for reminding me about that sway-bar disconnect project that will be something I can do in the winter; if memory serves that write-up requires an angle drill or something similar and I don't have one so I'll have to get that figured...

Thanks for the ideas.

no angled drill.....just a 1/2" bit some hitch pins washers and pins
