just unhook the end of the hose by the rad cap and put it at a level lower than the tank and it will pour out

Yes, this has been discussed before. I know because I'm the culprit! I also added some wiper fluid to my coolant overflow (it was snowy, dark and I had a few drinks in me - the wife was driving). That was just about a year ago. I only added maybe a cup or so, but I was still concerned. I didn't flush it based on the advice of this forum and so far, so good. However, if you put the whole bottle of wiper fluid in, I would drain your overflow just to be safe.
