Just fell into a 2003 XLT V8 with 150k miles. Son traded a worked out Camaro Iroc for it to get it out of my driveway. Haven't tagged it nor driven it & I know NOTHING about it. I'll use it to pull the boat around to different ramps near me in The Swamp. The old '93 F150 4x4 supercab (398k) has just about given up the ghost. Only has 1 forward gear & substantial rust from living up north.
Not too thrilled with this auto 4x4 thing, but it is what it is. Other than the usual oil change, plugs & air filter changes, what else should I be looking into? Thinking a tranny drain/fill with filter & if I can, the rear diff. What else should I be looking at?
