Well it does appear to have a IRS calibration sticker - which is a company the Police do use. It would be possibly to confirm its lineage quite easily by calling the Police Service in question.
But I'm surprised at the low mileage for a Police vehicle of any description and looking at it it doesn't appear to have any adaptions ... so I'm struggling to account for its use.
Either way it's a ridiculously high price for the car.

Essex police used it to pick the Rettendon forest bodies!! i was told by a reliable source, the chains rattled all the way back to morgue....LOL.
