How much do they usually cost and where could i pick some up? I have Warn manual locking hubs up front, manual transfer case and aftermarket shocks.

For the front & back about $250 a piece for Aussie Lockers. If the rear is limited slip, you'll need an open carrier or buy a powertrax that is designed for the limited slip, which is a little more expensive.

im not sure what mine has. it is a 92 4x4 xlt with manual locking hubs up front and manual transfer case with the auto transmission.

Look at the door label, should be a code like D4 or 41, or something like that a letter & number or 2 number combo code for the gear ratio & carrier type. Once we figure that out we can determine which one is suitable for your application.

D4 is what it says

You have a 3.73 limited slip.. For a rear locker you can either swap out for an open carrier and get one for a open carrier like an Aussie or you can get a Powertrax No-slip for the Ford 8.8 Limited Slip.

Search open carrier on the forum.

i found 410 gears for 50 bucks, never used. would that work if i changed the gears out of my rear end and installed these?

Good God Almighty, son, what are you goin on about? The only reason you would want to lower your gear ratio is to accommodate larger tires (aka 33s run rather well with 4.10 gears) Changing out your gears won't do a damn thing if you want all four wheels pullin, you have to get a locker.

ok thanks guys. I will be saving for a while to get lockers. 550 bucks or so. damn.
