Hi sb ,
its 146 Dorking , I think the explorer series is the clearest map for the countryside..
its a shame that was blocked off was looking forward to driving that one theres plenty more there to try plus more over guildford way
rich

Did two lanes today

Ranmore common RH56SS look for the gate on the left as you come from dorking with a small byway sign
I had to climb over some staggered stepping stone blocks in the entrance with a couple of nasty posts either side I hit one as the body rolls left to right ,
luckily no real damage, but I seem to have cooked the clutch some more when climbing over em ...dang....
There is a nice open muddy bit with splashes, then a steep descent which was a bit hardcore had over 20 deg on the meter scary stuff it,s as bad as the first one I tryed,
theres no return once you start it,
I did it but still scary not for the feint hearted,:roll:its possible to roll it here for sure.....
theres some big holes in the track maybe 2ft deep to fall into out of the rutts had to way up rolling over vs booting it up to the other side of the central water rutt,
bring spare pants for this trip
.....once again ex didn't break a sweat just me.......

RH56HE coldharbour as you hit the town theres a turning nxt to the pub follow this...theres another byway to the left which looks really steep and muddy ...havent tryed it
This lane is a really nice, easy drive. Perfect 1st trail , lovely veiws through a Forrest suitable for going for a picnic with the family theres room to park in the Forrest section , nothing scary just a few splashes and some narrow (scratchy) rutted tracks 15 deg max camber towards the end so not too scary thats my favorite so far
