other types of headlight coves

I was wondering if anyone knew of any type of headlight cover other than the totally smoke/carbon fiber? I am looking for something like the GTS "probeam" or Style Eyes but I haven't found any for a non-sport explorer.

I have the styleyes for my 2nd gen. It shouldn't make a difference if its a sport or not. Oh....and....welcome to the board.

i think you can buy clear covers for hte head lights, i'd imanage you can buy them and paint them wiht any desing you want

DVS1, different covers?

DVS1 the link you posted has different looking headlight covers than the ones on your car. Yours look like SSKIORA (have 3 circular openings and a slit on the top). The link had a pic with 3 oval shaped openings and no slit. What brand of covers are yours?

Z23, those are the same covers. they will look like ssikora's when you get them. they are both EGR.

That link just shows a general picture of the covers.....when you get a set specifically for X's...they will look like mine and SSIKORA's

Still confused

I understand what you guys are saying, but if you look at the pic on that link it is definetly on an X (it looks just like mine) and is not a general pic on a different car. Thus, it appears that they are showing a pic of a headlight cover that is different from DVS1 and SSKIORA's. The ones you guys have don't look like the cover on the X in the picture. The cover in the pic has 3 oval shaped lense openings, unlike yours which have 3 circular openings and a slot above the openings. Look at the pic on the link, it is a cover on a circa '99 X like mine.

exactly, but trust me you'll get the ones the people on the board have. i thought i would be getting the ones in the pic, but i like these ones better anyway. those are not the ones you will get. must be some type of error.
