Outside Door Handle

Has anyone ever replaced the outside drivers side door handle? I have a 2001 Ford Explorer 4X4 and the outside handle broke off. Are these difficult to replace? Any special tricks I need to know about when removing the door panel etc?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for posting the link. I followed the step by step instructions and everything worked great! Great to have the pictures to reference...

Now onto the passenger rear door....the interior handle stays in the open position and does not let you open the door...
