Need help on the outside key pad 06 merc not working replaced it with a brand new one but still not working

A new one means you will need to program a new door code. See the instruction manual that come with it or search for a how-to

Plus check your wiring connections and check your power lock fuse. Just tap your unlock/lock on your remote or in the door to make sure its good. Sounds a bit dumb but also easy to miss.
