outside mirror

Hi,
My wife broke the outside mirror on my explorer.
Can someone tell me how to change it or where I can fine the procedure on-line. It is a power mirror.

that helps, but I need to replace the whole assembly.
How do you get to the bolts that hold the assembly on?
I have no idea on how to do this.

Check out this thred.Dead Link Removed Probably have to remove the door panel.
I have found that if you are just replaceing the glass you just bust out the broken glass and glue the new in. Dont disassemble the mirror to just replace the glass. When replaceing the mirror backing into the adjusting motors you gotta push quite hard and could break the glass again.
