Replaced the radiator and lower hose about 6 months ago, due to a visible leak, today it overheated again on me, made it home with no issues, checked the coolant, and it's definitely low, it's also a brown color, though I don't think I ever got around to flushing the entire system. I'm just tryin to figure out where the coolant has gone, there are no visible leaks on the outside, it just doesn't make any sense help appreciated.

Pic to show what the coolant looks like, oil looks fine

Assuming that your head gaskets are good and that it is not boiling out of the overflow tank. You might check around your thermostat housing. When mine cracked it sprayed the coolant onto the intake manfold. Naturally when it got hot it just evaporated. The only other thing might be your impeller on your water pump.

Well I'm replacing the thermostat this weekend hopefully, and if still doesn't fix it I think I may just do the pump too
