I just changed the oxygen sensors on my 2000 4.0 SOHC Explorer to try to solve a rough idle problem. It seems to help, I'll know more after I drive it more.

Do I need to reset ECU? If so, how do I do it.

Also I have read about people cleaning their MAF's. What is the best stuff to use for this?

Is there anything I should not use?

Thanks.

I usually disconnect the battery terminal and then reconnect, that should reset the ECU and it will Relearn itself. also I just cleaned my maf with electrical contact cleaner which can be found at home depot or any automotive store, It drys relatively quickly and is not supposed to leave any residue.
