Ok I have a 96 sport with ohv V6. I need to replace the Oxygen Sensors. I have two, one up-stream and one down-stream. The down-stream sensor has a grey connector on it. I have found a sensor for 20 bucks for this one. My question is, the upper one has a green connector, are the connectors the same? Are they just different colors or are they in-fact different connectors all together.

Thanks

I'm not positive, so do not take this to the bank, but I think they are identical.

Can anyone else confirm this?

Thanks

Be careful with cheap O2 sensors. My brother-in-law used a "universal" O2 sensor that cost him like $20 bucks on his '96 Ranger (V6). He had two that were bad right out of the box and then the 3rd one worked but his MPG went to hell and the engine simply didn't run right. Finally I got him a new Bosch ($59 each) and installed them, reset his computer and everything was back to normal. Just my 2 cents worth.
