Is this an oxygen sensor fault or is there something actually wrong with the car by going off freeze frame data? Also the GFM DTCs are set due to the steering wheel missing it's AUX buttons.

The FF data posted indicates that the voltage from B1S2 is too high. Under normal operation, the downstream sensors should read between 0 and 1 volt. Yours indicates that there is a partial short to voltage.

It's probably a bad B1S2 sensor but it could also be a wiring fault or PCM issue.

Inspect the connector and wiring harness for B1S2 and correct anything found. If you wish, you can swap the two downstream sensors to see if the fault moves to the other side or not. If it moves, the sensor is faulty.

The check engine light comes on intermittently for that code. I'll get to swap them later today and see if that code moves.

There are some existing threads on that fault that I found using the Search feature. Here is one of them; P0138 - O2 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2
Another reported that the issue was chaffed wires on the rear 02 sensor.
I don't know if there is anything there to help.
