Here is all the information my Innova 3040 Scanner gave me, maybe someone else can make a little better sense of it than I can. It includes the freeze frame data

I am gonna clean the MAF now cause that is the most likely cause, but would love some more input!!

•In the vast majority of cases, simply cleaning the MAF sensor does the trick. Make sure you are careful not to damage the MAF sensor, and make sure it's dry before reinstalling.

•Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace if necessary.

•Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure.

check the hoses to the throttle body.

from the pids you posted, its not running lean on bank 1 or 2 from freeze frame.

clear it and drive it, does it reset?

I have cleared it and it has come back on a few days later. I cleaned the MAF and couldn't see any visible cracks in lines anywhere. I will see if it comes back again.

i would check fuel pressure unload load, it could be dropping out or the pump is worn causing this.

So I reset it. CEL stayed off for a few days and now I have a p0171 code!!
