I keep getting this code for bank 2 running lean. I ran a live data diagnostics and found 0 volts to all the o2 sensors. I cant figure this thing out

btw it seems to be running ok not idling weird or anything like that.

datalogging

Some OBD-II datalogging devices are unable to record O2 sensor voltages. I remember some past posts about it but don't remember which ones have the problem. If your PCM is going into closed loop then your O2 sensor voltages are not zero. Bank 2 is the driver side. Check the connection to the power brake booster. Check your long term fuel trims to make sure they're not high on both banks.

this scanner shows the volts if i hook it to my camaro or mustang. I changed the driver and passenger sensors except the one after the cat. I havent checked a connection on the booster. Cleaned the maf fixed vacuum leaks all that good stuff seems to be running fine just dont like the code

PCM to scanner interface

As I recall the Autoscan scanner did not interface correctly with the earlier (1997) 2nd generation PCMs. I think the scanner manufacturer was contacted and confirmed that it was a problem and it would not be resolved.

My 01 Sport had this, but it showed up on banks 1 and 2. I sold the vehicle before resolving the issue completely, but it can be one of 2 common causes.

1) O2 Sensor failure on the 2nd Stage O2 Sensors (rear O2 as it's considered)
2) Intake gasket failure

The O2 Sensor is easier to change, but a sensor runs you $50 easily. In most explorers, there are 3 sensors. In Explorers with dual exhaust, there are 4 sensors.

The other is the Intake gasket failure. The gaskets run between $12 and $22, but you have to remove the Throttle body and Intake to do it, which isn't really that difficult with the exception perhaps of 2 bolts against the firewall. Once you get those out, the top set of gaskets is easy, Its the lower set of gaskets I didn't Try and probably should have.

Of course that may not be all of what's causing the issue, It could well be something different, but since Your idle isn't being affected, it seems like a start. With mine the Idle Air Controller failed as well.

Yeah like i said it runs perfect just keeps putting that pending code so i dont think its the gaskets. I only have the rear o2 left to replace so ill try that. I used to have a code for the iac but fixed that from having a worn connection on my crank position sensor. every time it came lose it wouldnt start or just run bad and throw a code for pretty much everything, replaced that runs perfect no codes except the po174
