P1151 code, replaced both upper 02 sensors, code still comes back

Name of thread tells it all but I got p1151 code, replaced both upper 02 senors and ran it through the drive cycle and code is still there, any ideas? PCM? I have no idea what else to do..

I've never heard anything called "mass air meter" I know of the "mass air flow sensor"
