Painting front window cowl body color

How do you think it would look? Im talking sanding it down and de-graining it so its smooth. My truck is white and getting repainted next week. Any other things you can think of that i should paint?

im not sure sure I like how this looks on explorers...for some reason it just gives me the autozone feel. its been awhile since ive seen one with a painted cowl though...anyone have pics of this?

i think on any color though, it would look best on white, especially if your grill it whited out too.

I think it would look very good! Go for it! Also the Mirrors, handels, trim, bumpers, and D pillers.

I would agree that if the cowl is done, everything else must be too. Cowl by itself...I think it would look goofy, stick out too much.

btw don't paint the B and D pillars the same color as the car if the surround trim is black. It looks akward unless the whole truck is black.

Looks good except for the painted wiper though. I've done the painted wiper arm and it looks so weird. It is not meant to stick out and be noticed.
