Your only gonna need 2 tow hooks, one front, one rear and they're 10 buckd each at walmart and they don't take long all that long to install. I think when i put hooks on my truck it took me less than an hour to do two.

Tractor Supply $4 a hook if there is one local to you.. If not go to Advance Auto or whatever is closest to you and pick one up.. At most they should be $12. Not sure if Wal-Mart has them, I've never seen them there.

I went to advance, they said they were unable to get them for explorers... I will check wal mart tomorrow! damn I really want to go too! I just put my shackles on and did the TT, and was planning on doing the AAL on friday!!

OK.... heres the deal.... alot of... no... too much bullshit is being started behind the scenes here, and I personally cant stand it, so heres my solution to it all.... you may all hate me from this weekend foward but it will definitly clear up all this.... this weekend I advise you all to show up, but heres the catch, show up only if you have nothing to hide, if your not lying about what you tell me or others, if your not starting this bullshit.... but if you are, I strongly advise you not show up... why? because I have saved IM's, emails, and other conversations that accuse one or the other, or more he said she said ****.... well all thats gonna come out this weekend, if your bullshitting me about something, guaranteed it WILL come out, if your lying to someone else or bullshitting someone else and I heard about it from you or someone else, it WILL come out.... so again, if you got something to hide, stay home, cause Im gonna stop this bullshit asap.

Well that right there just may be the root of the problem... I for some reason was under the impression that the ford towhooks were all that you could use (i've seen the "explorer specific ones"). But thanks for clearing that up... Things may be looking up for my first attendance this sunday...

Lizard- I've heard that there are alternate lines for most if not all of the super challenging obstacles... In all honesty, do you think I would fare well? I'm not really concerned about scratching up the wheels, and I do have some trail experience. But judging by the setup I have as of now, I should be perfectly capable of doing all the trails you guys are planning right?

Thanks for all the input guys, I really appreciate it... even though I'm not in your club. As for that BS stuff your talking about, I would certainly hope im not involved Either way hope it all clears up and you guys can enjoy the weekend no matter what.

I installed my tow hook last Sunday and I'll say from the sound of it I got hogswaggled! I paid $16.00 my luck I looked at a couple of part stores and they where out so I went to my local speed shop. Oh then after that I gave everything a good inspection to make sure everything is sound on my home from my parents I was making a left and my steering colom started to smoke! The damn turn signal switch had a melt down I had to cut the harness to the wiper controls and re-wire it. IT'S ALWAYS THE SMALL SH-T!!!

I cant wait to meet everyone! I'll be coming up Sunday morning. I can't wait!
