Park light wire help with keyless entry install.

I have a 92 XLT and was installing the park light flash wire. It says that 12v should be on the brown wire when the park lights are turned on. I have 12v there at all times.

Does anyone know what I need to do here?

Well I found the correct brown wire. I was testing the big brown not the small one. Now my next question is where do I find the yellow 12V wire for the power? I know it says in the ign harness. Where is that located. I dont think I saw one on the steering column.????????
