Parking and Fog Light Question

Quick question i have, first of my truck is a 1996 Explorer XLT and sometimes i see explorers going down the road with parking lights on and fog lights on but when i turn on my parking lights my fog lights are off the power to the button is off, is there a normal cut off or are these guys jumping a relay or something? also if it's some kind of relay jump does anyone know how to do it? i notice that the later model explorers have the fog lights on with the parking lights like 97-01 not the younger ones, thank you in advance

Yea, I'm curious as how to do this too.

I want my driving lights to STAY ON when I flick on the HIGH BEAMS.

there is a thread on this somewhere on here, i think it might be under useful threads or something, use the search and type in fog light mod, its not very hard to do, i done mine in like 15 minutes, so my fog lights stay on with the parking lights and high beams, and your fog light switch still works with this mod.
