Part # For OOM12 Kit

Does anyone know the Ford Part # for the OOM12 repair kit. Ford UK have never heard of oom12 but can get the part if they know the part #. I have P0174 and P1151 codes and I'm don't think it is the o2 sensor because their were other codes showing rich mix too. Also the chain rattles a little so I would like to do this fix first. I did try searching and found all the install instructions but no part #. Thanks.

I ran an advanced search and came up with a thread with it (G)

According to that thread it is YL2Z-9E473-AA or kit 528111.

Great thanks. All I got to do now is see if our dealers can get it and how much.

Unfortunately our wonderful Ford dealers have never heard of that part # and it does not show up on their computer system. Neither have they heard of any oom12 or the kit #. So now I'm stuck. Suggestions welcome.
