Passenger Airbag light on

My passenger airbag light just came on today, the light above the radio. What do you recommend doing, it doesn't blink just a solid light.

do you have something besides a person sitting on your passenger seat?

that will do it.. put the bag on the floor. there are pressure sensors on the seats that determine if there is a person sitting in the seat. No person, the airbag doesn't go off. if it's borderline, the light goes on and the airbag is disabled.

thanks : ) it definitely did the trick, was about to spend $95 at ford to diagnose the problem
