The front passenger side cv shaft on my 96 explorer has slop in it where it goes into the differential housing. It will move up and down and in and out. Is there just a bearing or bushing in there that I can replace with the differential housing in the vehicle or do you have to pull the whole thing apart? I am also planning on replacing the cv shaft since it has been flopping in there for some time. Any info or thoughts on this would be great.
