PCV valve 5.0

Can anyone have the exact location of the valve? Behind the intake, left side, on the vave cover. I cannot find it, cannot feel the vave!!!!!!!!!!! PHOTOS???????

Did you ever figure this out? I searched and searched for the PCV valve on my 96 5.0 and couldn't find it.

If it makes you feel better, I have a PCV valve in my toolbox that I bought 6 months ago.

Hehehe... a 1.99 part should be much simpler to change. Searching around on Deja, it looks like this is a 'find by feeling and not by looking' part. Apparently it is far down between the engine and the firewall. I will search for it again tonight.

PCV value is located behind the intake manifold, dead center. Go to your Ford dealer parts department. They will print out a picture showing the loction.

Heh PITA to replace, you need to climb into the engine compartment and reach around the back of the intake to get it out.
