Thanks for the reply RangerX. I talked to the guy and he said all they would have to do is take off the rim and turn it around. So I'm going with the procomps all 5! Thanks again guys. I'll let you know how they look and how much the rub.

I'm running 33" ProComp Xterrains, I like them a lot, I have them on my ST. At slow speeds its bumpy like 5 mph and below, after that it sounds good. Um I have a 4" lift kit and I still had to trim my fender to get them to fit without any rubbing, just some info.

trailguy52314: thanks for the reply. I am having the Xterrians installed as we speak. I have the 133 coils in a box in the truck so if I'm rubbing badly I will have them swap the coils. Still may have to do some triming. Did you do your fender triming your self? How hard was it? How does it look? Thanks!

PV,
The Xterrains have been great for me! Ran this weekend over some very sharp limestone at 13psi (35" tires) and they folded up past the rim bead - no punctures or scratches at all on them - I was very impressed. The are a soft rubber, so don't expect high miles like you would get form a Michelin. As far as a spare goes - get an MT or an AT - don't get another Xterrain. You won't ride well if it is the wrong direction - you may even blow it by running it backwards. The truck will act funny as well. Hope this helps!

FMExplorer: Thanks for the input. I talked with the tire guy and he said all I would have to do is take the tire off the spare and turn it around. I could still drive alittle ways (100 miles) and he said I would be ok. I still haven't had the spare mounted. So should I keep the 32 on the spare or buy an xterrain.

PV,
If you don't have a locker up front, keep the 32" and run it up front if needed. Otherwise get a 33" AT or MY spare. Tires have to be the same size if running a LS or locker...

I did the fender trimming myself, it looks great

hey pv whats up dude! its been awhile since i been on the board.cool deal on the tires, when the time comes i,ll just go with the goodyear mtr,s.anyways when are ya goin to test those tires in the dirt? i just got back from pismo ,yep my front end is way out of alignment right now. im waiting to get some 4 inch coils for the front. so take care pv talk to ya later.

Swampers

I think you should just get swampers! i love my 33s:D

I also just ordered some 33 XTerrains. Seems like there's a backorder of BFGs and it'll be a while. Anyway, I'm keeping my 31 BFG AT spare; I figure I can limp decently and it'll stay in the stock location.

I got em for $860 for 4 installed with steel rock crawler rims.

Splat with 33" X-terrains. . nice Dead Link Removed

Lets see some pics. . .heck even bettter, come hang with the So Cal group in Pasadena next saturday so I can see 'em in person. . :)

We'll see if I have them on by then.

Alec: Where did you order your tires? 4x4wholesalers wanted $725 for 4 shipped to my door. That's without the installation.
