This is the before and during pictures since the truck isn't finished yet.

Since I can't get photopoint to link to this page, I'll give you the link to our pictures.

This is pictures of my dad's 99 Power stroke built up from a rolled truck. We hope to have it running by next weekend if all goes well.

It took Ford three extra weeks to get us the cab, so we are behind on it. My folks are planning a trip to Canada the last week of this month so we don't have much time. So far it is going really well I think since we didn't really start on it until last weekend.

Wow, you guys aren't messing around that looks like a serious project!!

can you say tow rig??

hehehe. Did they ever get that 5th wheel they were thinking about?? slap some 33's on there and your set. :)

Yes they got a 5th wheel. That is why we are in a hurry to get this truck done.

MORE PICTURES ARE UP

I got some more pictures up tonight.

We got the new cab put on the chassis and it went a LOT better with three hoists. Calvin started to put the dash all back into the new cab. We are hoping to have it running again by Weds. evening.
We will still have the box to put on, but it is on the way.

Wow, that looks great. How much costs do you have in that compared to buying a new one?

I'm not sure since my dad is paying everything, but I figure it was worth it. The truck has a new transmission because we talked to the old owner and he said he put a new one in 4,000 miles ago. It has a new cab, box so pretty much a new truck with 60,000.
I figure he saved $5,000.00 after everything is done. I need to get a finished picture taken before they head to Canada Friday.

i guess saving $5000 is good, but it takes time to do.
looks like you guys really know what you are doing.

Look real good Perry!
