bloody hell i had a right time finding a garage that had any,and when i did i put £30 in and that only got me 26 ltrs, sod doing that every day i didnt even get to 3/4 on the gauge,so i sodded of round to the lpg stationand bought 60 ltrs of gas for £28 aswell to cheer myself up.

Its terrible! The bloody price of petrol, why oh why do we get ripped off so bad by this damn government?
I know oil has gone up in price but hell we get taxed nearly 70 percent on petrol and THEN have to pay VAT as well!
At least most muggers just take your cash and dont ask for your house to be signed over also! Thats what it feels like to fill an Ex now!!!!!!!
YOu watch mate, they will nail LPG soon also, thats why they are hanging on and not dropping the tax levels- more will convert and then the stitch up starts, up a few pence, then more and more and soon it will be the same as petrol and another TAX earner for the thieving baskits!

i put in 80 quid thts 67 liters for a full tank at sainsburys, they seem to have plenty there, i think it was 117.9, better then anyother iv seen around, lowest i saw was 114.9 at esso garage in Fareham, Hampshire when i went to collect some parts, i got back with 55 quid in petrol, to there and back its 80.1 mi – about 1 hour 40 mins, so 160.2 miles was 25 quid, thats good?

yep i have noticed the price on gas creeping up now costs me £3.00 more to fill tank than it did around christmas:mad: and they have the nerve tospout about being green.

that wasnt bad going on petrol for those miles,i have noticed i get better mileage when on petrol but damed if i will use it,i heard on the news tonight that a garage outside of exeter was charging £1.99 for a ltr of deisel,i tell you what i will park the cars up and go on the dole if it comes to that around here:mad:

£1.99 a litre, thats about £9.05 a gallon in proper money!

facking goverment take the pisss its allright for the mp's as we foot the bill for there petrol / swimming pool / new haircuts / holidays abroad you get my drift ........god this makes me so f-ing angry

so what you trying to say pmsl:D

Don't forget the £9000p/m one of them was paying his boyfriend for work he was doing for him! Or the one paying his sons a wage while at uni. At least we know where our hard earned money is being spent by the taxman

I ran out last night n had to get my dad to assist with a jerry can!

Si

thats nice si,you ran out doors last night and your dad helped you get aload from somewhere with a jerry can:D

is that totally legal, cos i worry about people lurking around my cars at night with jerry cans pmsl;)

id only just got back from walking to the garage with a jerry can as i to ran out on the way back from work due to my normal garage i use also having run out..................hence the out burst a little while ago i think id just got my breath back.......we should all park our explorers outside no 10 and have a fuel protest and a meet all at the same time kill two birds with on stone thats of course if we can get there without running out of fuel lol

its a real pain not being able to get it where you normally do,at least ime ok i have 60 ltrs of gas 240 miles worth, and 3/4 of a tank of fuel now, whatever that will give , so i think i can out last the fuel shortage.

hopefuly top up to full petrol tank end of the week (bills allowing:mad:) and i wont have to visit a pump again this year.

Hello

I ran out last night n had to get my dad to assist with a jerry can!

Si

Right now in Edmonton Alberta Canada we are paying $1.30 CDN/liter average. Americans are paying less then that. So in a way we don't have anything to ***** about. In Alberta we pull the oil from the ground and we ship to the states.
