Any word on the reliability / quality of these kits? They have an interesting setup for the H13 hi / lo. HID for the low and halogen for the high on one bulb.

Never used one of the multi bulbed units so I cant help.
It would seem that their other kits that are bixenon would be better but who knows. Check out some HID forums.

I'd question the quality and reliability of any "HID" kit that uses a plug-in stock bulb unit, and offers the HID in gimmick colors like Blue and Purple. Retrofit kits for halogen headlamps might catch on once HID becomes the norm, but for now, I regard any cheap "conversion" HID kits as gimmicks, and unsafe to use for on-road driving, as they typically produce either a poor light pattern on the road and/or produce excessive glare stright into the eyes of the drivers of oncoming cars due to the problems associated with using HID lighting in housings designed for halogen bulbs.

i bought a 9006 10000k hid kit from ebay, the brand was pilot and they work great, and the light output is the brighest ive seen on any car. All of my friends tell me they can see my car driving through town cause of how bright my lights are and i get flashed alot, lol.

I'm looking at getting a bi-xenon kit from www.vvme.com. Some people on the Audi forums have used them and they seem to be ok. And, they are uber cheap.
