Will be installing a new Pioneer 4100NEX in my '07 Sport Trac Ltd w/factory sub-woofer and Sirius radio as soon as my Android smart phone gets upgraded to Lollipop. Some general questions:
1. Is the factory Sirius receiver a separate unit and if so compatible with (and able to be hooked up with) the Pioneer? Or do I need to buy another receiver?
2. I've read several mentions of difficulties with the factory sub-woofer being "overpowered" by aftermarket head units. If true, is there an easy fix (i.e. no soldering added components in line or extra wiring)? What's the best fix? Is there an aftermarket unit that will handle the power and fits the factory box?
3. Any general advice with reference to running back-up camera wiring to the dash on the Sport Trac?
4. Any experience out there with this particular unit that anyone would like to pass along would be helpful. THANKS!

First off, nice radio man!!!!!
ok
1. Sat radio is a separate unit, the SXV300. you can find it for $50. you will need to transfer service to new tuner.
2.no issue with over powering the factory sub, just make sure to use a 2k ohm resistor on the blue/white amp turn on wire so there is no turn on pop.
3. back up camera gets plugged into the BROWN input on the back. attention to detail....and make sure you turn it on in the radio menu.
4. usb 1 is for carplay, usb 2 is for android auto.

enjoy!

Awesome reply. Thanks!

Sirius unit uses it's own antenna, don't worry about it. 2 separate systems.
