Pipeline WI run, July 20-22, 2001

Other vehicles interested in joining us:
Jeep Cherokee, Jeep Wrangler, maybe 2 'Burbans.
We all have stock vehicles and are "rookies" at this.

For those who don't know where Wisconsin is, its that little state who's basketball team just kicked the Chicago Bulls for the 5th time this season !!

Ouch! Don’t you think we have enough pain here with our Bulls, Cubs, Bears? For the love of God man! Have pity.

Anyways, the Bulls just broke their 25 away game loosing streak so were all pretty excited about the prospects of them finishing above .150 this year.

Go Bulls!

How did I miss this? I am in for sure....someone say MUD?

I love it, this will be another great event. Let me know the hard date and is there a charge to be on the land?

I assume we will caravan?

Matt-

I asked you about this like 3 weeks ago and you said NO... i see how it is since i ask you say no, but since everyone else is going you say yes... humm ....

Pipeline is not your typicall trail.......... it's just open to whomever wants to explore it....... basically looks like it's being kept in "usuable" condition by 4-wheelers from all over the place but most of the time it's the Wisconsin Four Wheel Drive Association that keeps it running...... they are the ones working on it, cleaning it...... they might use some help I think..... June still sounds good. My schedule this year is getting full pretty fast, Attica, Moab, Disney, Pipeline........what else?

working as a tow vehicle? if stockers can do it then once in a while they might need help...... Suburbans though????? I thought these monsters should stay on pavement at all times......
lol

Austin, I was planning around Moab back then so that's why I said no. Now that I am not going to Moab I can go on this event.

Little past Greebay....

I'm pretty sure I'm not in cause I've gotta live like a pauper this summer.....Poor me....But it's well worth it I think :)

Cost: You owe me a beer for organizing this.
Actual trail cost: FREE (your tax dollars already paid your entrance fee)
Place: Pipeline Trail in the Nicolet National Forest
Approx. 2 hours NW of Green Bay, WI
Extreme eastern edge of the forest (east of Mountain, WI)

Ok. Ok, Ok, I buckled under the pressure from you rich boys in Illinois (hey, that almost ryhms) and just ordered a 2" body lift, but I must keep my 30 x 9.50's. Send me some pointers on my new thread l called "Body Lift HELP page" in the "Lift" section of this website.

Pipeline in June ??

Sorry SplashMan,
ATV's and cycles are NOT allowed. I called the Ranger station and they state:

"Any 4-wheeled vehicle that is legally licensed to operate on Wisconsin roads can drive on the trails within forest lands."

Hope that doesn't dampen your spirits.
52 days and counting. . . tick . . .tick . . . tick . . .

No prob, he has a short bed ram that is lifted and I think he'll have plenty of fun with that if he can make it. His son is in the process of buying a CJ7(not sure what it is, guess I'm stupid) it is suppose to be all set up for rock crawling.
P.S. Riff my SON will take care of you at Attica!

I didn't notice this forum. Im in. :) My truck will be ready way before this trip :)
