i have a 92 4.0l explorer 4x4 with 121,000 miles and i want to put the bbk supercharger on it but i was wondering does my car have to many miles on it already. If it doesnt how much more do you think it will last with the supercharger on.

I'd at least tear down the motor and fully inspect it before attempting the s/c install. You should probably do a rebuild, at least change the gaskets, lifters, and pushrods.

That's a lot of miles to add a charger without any engine upgrades. There's no need to double post. People here are more likely to answer a single post.

Another thing to think about is if your transmission will hold the power. If your tranny feels at all off, or has a poor maintenance history, expect it to blow within 10000 miles of the s/c install.
