Well here is my problem. When I use my 4wd in my 93 explorer there is a loud squeaking noise that gets louder when I go faster. I have no idea what the problem is. I need to find out what is wrong soon. It is snowy here and I need to use 4wd but I don't want to use it until I know what the problem is. Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?

Possibly a U-Joint...Check the drive line, has to either be in the t-case, d-shaft, or axle..

Thanks Mike. I have found the problem and will soon have it fixed. I had a friend of mine at work look at it and it turns out the noise was coming from my constant velocity joint or whatever it is called. It looks like it has been tweaked some how. should be an easy fix. I'm just glad it didn't break on the trail.
