Hi all, i have searched the forum to try and identify my problem but it seems it could be 1 of many things. I'll explain the problems i have noticed.
It has a whine which gets noticable around 60mph, seems like its coming from the rear but not sure, and you can feel a vibration in your feet, gets louder as your increase speed and whine is still there when take the load off. A couple of weeks later the ABS light came on (and is still on).
Before the whining started i did notice a small thump/jump when accelerating away sharpish, especially on a right hand turn!! Still doing this but hasn't got any worse.
Also when i pull up and reverse back i have noticed a small clunk now and again!
Not sure whether these are all linked to one problem or seperate issues. As this is my only mode of tranport, i cant afford to have the truck off the road for to long and replacing parts here and there hoping i find the problem eventually! Would appreciate any help to identify the more likely problem first instead of taking pot luck. Cheers, Ken
