Ok, I need help where I can buy a Cold Air Intake or an Intake, however you want to call it. I've been doing a search on it and I can find it. They only have them for 95 and up X's, I have a 93 Xplorer and I'm searching for a good air intake, it's making me so mad. My friend has an intake on his Accord and it's metal, I really like it and that's why I'm asking to see if anyone can help me out and list some websites and to see who has boughten there's from where. And also I want to know where can I buy an exhaust with a rear exit instead of a side exit, all of the ones I've seen are side exits but I want one with a rear exit. Please someone list where I can buy these things, I appreciate it very much, My X is a 93 Xplorer.:redexp: :redexp: :fire: :fire: :redexp: :redexp:

Do a search on KKM:D I dont think you can have the exhaust routed out the back unless you remove the spare tire:( I have duals running out the back on mine but I have no spare either:(

Any muffler shop can make a custom cat back exhaust and put the exit where you want it ( within reason ). Mine is a rear exit,

Good luc........

I don't think there is a Cold Air Intake for 1st Gen's, although I could be wrong...

Like Brad said, you could go with KKM (I did, I like it) or a K&N Filter.....or just cut holes in the air box...

will the custom intake work from www.ifab.net work with kkm true rev intake filter??

the www.ifab.net kit

If I remember correctly, the www.ifab.net kit is/was actually Ben Jenkin's kit. Ben99 is his username on this site, I think. Anyway, the ifab site used to tell you to contact him directly. If you tell Ben you're with this site, he'll probably hook you up with a bit of a discount. See Group Purchases / 91-94 Intakes.
KKM's run $100 and are pretty good as well. Aldive had a few posts on here regarding the temperature in your engine bay during 94 degree weather, and you'd be shocked how little of a difference there was between outside temp and engine bay temp.
