So i had to change my spark plugs today and before i changed them my truck was have a little bit of trouble starting and the typical worn sparkplug sound, the odd clicking sound. And now that i changed and replaced the spark plugs the truck is acting horriable. aweful ideling, the clicking sound is much worse and louder and it is making a horriable smell. i took out all the sparkplugs and re gapped them & replaced the sparkplug cables. also when i first removed the spark plug from cylinder number 3 it had oil or coolant on it, which either means the head gasket is F***ed or my valve guides or piston rings are worn out; but why is my truck ideling worse and making a messed up smell. Please Help me i have a 2000 Ford Explorer 4.0 V6 OHV. i dont understand how a new sparkplugs and cables can cause the truck to act worse. I know what i'm doing i always work on my own cars and trucks
