I know its not an X but my 93 S-10's 4wd isnt working. It sounds like it is engaging (clicking nooise under the car) but the front tires wont move a bit. A vacuum hose just got replaces about 6 months ago. Can someone please help my ride?? or give me any ideas on what to looks for

lol no not really im not too sure what a vacuum line looks like, i got under the car today and got a friend hit the 4wd button and the transfer case makes a clickin as if it was engaging but the wheels still wont turn

sounds like it could be the hubs...of course i don't know anything about '93 S-10's....but if they have hubs, i'd look at those...

well the place i could take it to... Vineville Tire...can work on it and he said for 50 bucks a hub he would take them apart and regrease the hub and see if he can find anything wrong. Should i go or wait until i know what the problem is. he said he isnt too familiar with electronic 4x4

That sounds a shot in the dark to me. For $100, you may get it fixed, but you may also only be $100 lighter in the wallet.
FWIW, I have vague recollections that GM used engine vacuum to actuate the hubs at some time on some models. Don't ask me which; I don't know any more than that.
My advice. Get a manual so you can look up the information on how the 4x4 system is supposed to work, then go from there to diagnose the problem. That or get a mechanic who is little bit more familiar with electronic shift 4x4.
