What up
I have a 94 Sport with a Flowmaster cat back and a KKM intake....i was thinking the next mod would be a high flow cat or new spark plugs and wires....what brands would u guys recommend...
thanks

most people here including myself went with bosch platinum 4+'s they are great plugs. For wires most also have gone with splitfire dual core wires. If your going to spend the cash for a hi flow cat, why not spend it on headers first? It will give you more of a performance gain. for the 4.0 ohv I believe headman, JBA make headers. Most will agree dollar for dollar its your best bet for performance gains.

I would definately change the plugs and wires. I assume since its a 94, you're mileage is getting up there, so you will benefit in performance and mileage from those. Jason, I'm going to have to disagree about your header suggestion. Headers did help my top end, but reduced low end torque. I think your best mod now would be a computer chip, either Superchip or Hypertech. Headers can be expensive, especially after the coating and installation. I got mine because I knew I'd need the increased flow for the supercharger, but I wouldn't get them again without planning on the blower. After you get the chip, a larger throttle body will give you increased power and better throttle response. I recommend the BBK 66mm TB. It's $200 at http://www.truckperformance.com . As for your cats, I wouldn't mess with them as long as they're working well.
