So, I finally decided to break down and write up a spreadsheet on some dimensions for a ported enclosure. This spreadsheet will break down all of the information you need in order to build a ported enclosure.
The formulas automatically calculate the Volume Changes that the port length can make on an enclosure, and it will calculate the tuning frequency

I hope this helps anyone that has had any questions.

This file is setup in 2007 Excel format. If you do not have 2007 Execel, you can download OpenOffice for free and it can open the file.
