Which Mod is everyone getting? The Shaft and Screw Mod or the Full Mod with 68mm Boring.

Wow $235. Is there any cheaper method to getting the TB bored out?

I assume the TB will fit on a 1998 Soch v6 motor also.

You could try and find a machine shop to DIY, but if you mess up, you're SOL. I'm running one of Todd Z's TBs, and it's great. Throttle response is awesome!

Having it bored to 68mm will get you nothing as the plenum opening is still 60mm.

Zabtech does claim a higher horsepower yield with the 68mm bore.

If you do not request the bore on the TB what do they do to it? What is the shaft and screw mod?

Todd sells hot sauce also; has nothing to do with the TB.

They machine the shaft and cut the screws flush.

Get yourself a $50 dremmel tool, but a used TB from a pullapart yard for $10, and go to town.......I did my own, its easy just polish it when you're done. Paying $235 for a ported TB for a 4.0 would be dumb as dogchit
