I have a 2000 XLT. In additon to having the problem with the drivers lock switch (which thanks to this forum, I now know how to fix). All of a sudden today the power lock in my rear hatch stopped working. I can press any lock button (including key fob) and all of the doors will lock except for the hatch. It seems to be making noise like it is trying, but I am not sure. I tried locking manually with the key and that worked. Afterwards, the power lock worked for about a day and now the power lock stopped working again. Any suggestions? is the lock just going out in that door?
