Hello all, I just picked up a '97 XLT tonight and I have a couple problems I'd like to see if they can be easily fixed. A little background on the car, it has 70k miles, power everything including dual power seats, rear a/c and radio, etc.

First problem I noticed when I got the car home, the driver's power lock button did not work. It won't lock or unlock any door, or even make a sound. The passenger door lock button works just fine. Is it just the button or does something inside the door need to be replaced? I'm going to try to get the dealer to fix it because they are fixing a faulty temp gauge, but I didn't notice this problem til I got home, so I don't know how accommodating they are going to be.

2nd problem, I also noticed when I got home that the lever to recline the back of the seat is broken off, there is no lever there. I didn't realize this during my test drive because I just played with all the power functions. How hard is it to replace the broken lever?

3rd problem, the driver's seat feels a little loose. It actually moved when you put the brakes on. No other car I have ever owned had the seat move when you put the brakes on, so I'm guessing it may be a little loose. Can it be tightened down, and if so, where are the bolts to do so?

Other than those small items, the car is in excellent shape, and I'm really happy with the deal I got, so I guess I can't complain too much. I'm just hoping these are easy, inexpensive fixes that I can do myself??? Thanks in advance for the help.
